What we keep, and for how long

This site asks for your details in one place: the enquiry you send to arrange a survey. Here is what happens to them.

  1. What is collected

    The enquiry form on the contact page asks for the kind of property, your name, your mobile number, an email address if you give one, your monthly electricity bill, the pincode of the roof and any note you add about the roof.

    The short form on the home page asks for the same, without the email address and the note.

    With the form, the office also receives the address of the page you sent it from.

    Nothing is collected while you use the calculator on its own. Its inputs stay in your browser and in the page address.

  2. Why

    To arrange a site survey and reply to your enquiry. No other use.

  3. Where it goes

    When you press send, the form sends your details from your browser to Web3Forms, a form-to-email service, which emails them to Leo Solar, the rooftop solar division of Leo Enterprises. Web3Forms acts as our processor: it handles the details only to deliver that email, under its own privacy terms.

    This site has no database of its own and keeps no copy of your enquiry. The copy that is kept is the email in the office's inbox.

    You can also write to the office on WhatsApp at +91 90302 45370 or by email to info@leo-solar.in, instead of the form or after it. The form offers a WhatsApp message with your details written out; nothing goes on WhatsApp unless you send it there yourself.

    Your details are not sold, shared or used for advertising. WhatsApp and your email provider carry any message you send them under their own terms.

  4. While you fill it in

    Nothing you type is sent or stored until you press send. The form does not save unfinished answers.

  5. How long

    This site keeps nothing, so nothing on it has to expire. Enquiries reach the office's email inbox, and any WhatsApp message you send reaches its WhatsApp; to have yours deleted, write to the address below.

  6. Your choices

    To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted sooner, write to info@leo-solar.in or send a WhatsApp message to +91 90302 45370. We answer during office hours.

  7. Analytics and cookies

    This site runs no analytics and sets no tracking cookies.
